Good judgement is built through real decisions, honest feedback and seeing what happens next. But as AI takes on more of the first-draft work, and senior leaders take back decisions they do not yet trust others to make, those learning opportunities can disappear. Developing judgement in others now needs to be a deliberate part of leadership.
