I'm an executive coach with over 25 years' experience leading teams, transformation, and delivery within technology and financial services.
Most recently, as Head of Development Operations, I focused on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture. I've spent my career building teams where people do their best work.
I trained with Meyler Campbell on its Mastered Programme, one of the UK’s respected business-coaching qualifications, and I am accredited by EMCC Global at Practitioner level. I'm also certified in Hogan Assessments, which I use with individual clients and leadership teams alongside my own diagnostic, the Leadership Scan Wheel.
