Arrange and deliver chemistry calls and coaching engagements
Send invoices and process payments
Keep records required by HMRC and other regulators
Communicate with you about your coaching engagement

Enquiries that don't lead to a coaching engagement: up to 12 months
Coaching client records and session notes: for the duration of the engagement and 6 years after it ends
Financial records (invoices, payments): 7 years, in line with HMRC requirements
Marketing consents (if applicable): until withdrawn

8. Confidentiality

Coaching depends on trust. Everything you share in a coaching engagement remains strictly between you and your coach. We do not share session content, themes, or progress with any sponsoring organisation, employer, or third party, except where required by law. We work in line with the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors.

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request erasure of your data (where legally permissible)
Object to or restrict processing
Withdraw consent at any time
