Executive coaching
Space to think.
Confidence to act.
Executive coaching for high-performing women in technology and financial services, navigating the
expert-to-leader transition.
The women I coach are already capable. They have strong technical credibility and a track record of delivering. What changes at senior levels is what's being asked of them: less detail, more direction; less solving, more influencing. That transition can be exposing. It can show up as over-preparation, second-guessing, apologetic communication, or a quiet sense of needing to prove they deserve to be there.
In my experience, the patterns I see most often in women making this transition are not about lack of ability. They are deeply ingrained habits that served them as experts but work against them as leaders.
Being thorough, prepared and collaborative helped them succeed as experts. At senior levels, those same habits can dilute authority, slow decision-making, and make leadership harder than it needs to be.
